2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by:

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes information sent by your browser to the web server. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer address, browser and version, operating system, transferred data volume, access status and technical error messages.
The processing is necessary to provide the website, maintain its stability and security, detect technical errors and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and functional operation of this website.
Server log files are deleted after no more than seven days. They may be retained longer in individual cases if this is necessary to investigate a specific security incident.
ALL-INKL.COM processes hosting data on our behalf. We have concluded a data-processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Further information: ALL-INKL.COM privacy information.
3. Encrypted transmission
This website uses TLS encryption. It protects data transferred between your browser and our website against unauthorised access by third parties.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to answer your request. Where the contact concerns a contract or steps before entering into one, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other requests are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding properly to your enquiry.
The data is deleted when your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage.
5. Cookies, local storage and article ratings
This website currently uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and no external audience-measurement services.
5.1 Language preference
When you manually select German, English or Spanish, the website stores the selected language in your browser's local storage under the key “bidw-language”. Its purpose is to retain the language you expressly selected on later visits instead of replacing it with the browser language. The setting is not sent to us and is not used for tracking. It remains stored until you delete the website data in your browser or select another language. The legal basis for storage on your device is Section 25(2)(2) of the German TDDDG, because it is necessary to provide the language setting you requested.
5.2 Article ratings
When you voluntarily rate an article with one to five stars, the selected value is sent to our server. The processing allows us to display the average and number of ratings, assess the clarity and usefulness of our content and improve our editorial work.
Where personal technical data is processed during transmission, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is receiving voluntary, data-minimised feedback and identifying possible improvements.
A protected file on our web server stores only the sum and number of ratings for each article. An individual rating is immediately added to these totals and is not retained as a separate record. The aggregated values remain stored while the relevant article and rating feature are published. Technical server-log data that may be created during transmission is deleted after no more than seven days as described in Section 2, unless a specific security incident requires longer retention.
After a successful rating, the browser stores a local marker consisting of “bidw-rated-” and the relevant article name. Its purpose is to make repeated ratings in the same browser more difficult and protect the usefulness of the displayed results. The marker contains neither the selected star value nor your name, is not sent to our server and is not linked to a user account. It remains stored until you delete the website data in your browser. The legal basis for storage on your device is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG because it is necessary for the rating feature you have chosen to use. The marker cannot reliably prevent repeat ratings made with another browser or device or after clearing website data.
6. External links
Articles may contain links to external websites. A connection is established only when you click the link. The relevant operator is responsible for its processing.
7. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich may receive personal data as a processor in connection with hosting and email communication. No deliberate transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area is intended for the processing described.
8. Storage periods
We store personal data only for as long as it is required for the relevant purpose. It is then deleted unless statutory retention duties or other legitimate reasons require longer storage. The specific periods for server logs, language preference and rating marker are stated in Sections 2 and 5.
9. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access under Article 15 GDPR, rectification under Article 16, erasure under Article 17, restriction under Article 18, portability under Article 20, objection under Article 21 and complaint to a supervisory authority under Article 77. To exercise your rights, contact datenschutz@braucheichdaswirklich.de.
10. Right to object
Where we process personal data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
11. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority for your habitual residence, place of work or the location of the alleged infringement.
12. Automated decision-making
Automated decision-making, including profiling under Article 22 GDPR, does not take place.
13. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy notice when services, processing or legal requirements change.
